Christ Presbyterian Women’s Spring Gathering

The power of the Gospel is far reaching in every direction in our lives and within the wider scope and mission of the Church. In fact, we could say with the Apostle Paul, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes…” (Romans 1:16)

We might think that being a Christian means we follow a certain set of creeds and adhere to a list of rules that determine our choices and behavior. While it might appear this way on the surface, there is actually something altogether glorious that God initiates in the hidden places of the human heart when a person believes on the name of Jesus Christ. This work of God’s grace, of being born again, is life transforming, leading to a freedom and liberty in every area of life; and this Life in Christ, equally changes what we pursue in life. We can say, everything changes!

Whether you are a longtime Christian or a recently born again believer, on Saturday, April 18, women are gathering at Christ Presbyterian Church in Boise to celebrate the joy of our salvation and encourage one another in the reality of what it truly means to have life, liberty and eternal pursuits.  Deb Krum of Grace Tapestries, and Lori Lowe are our speakers for the day.
