Sophia recently moved to the Boise area from Fresno, CA, where she had the joy of serving as the High School Youth Minister at the EPC church in town where she grew up in faith. She is a graduate of Jessup University where she earned her degree in Christian Leadership with a minor in Bible and Theology. She loves the laughs, deep life-changing conversations, and discovery of church community that God brings through Youth and Children’s Ministry. She has enjoyed a taste of home here at Christ Presbyterian and is excited to equip our congregation in ministering to our growing next generation!

In her free time, she enjoys hanging at coffee shops, learning new crafts and recipes, gardening, and trying her very best to learn how to fish.
